We are looking for an experienced HR Operations skilled to lead service delivery, manage teams, and drive operational excellence within a Shared Services/Global Business Services (SSC/GBS) environment. The role requires strong expertise in Workday HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, stakeholder management, SLA governance, people leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in HR Operations, Shared Services (SSC), or Global Business Services (GBS).
- Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM (Mandatory).
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD (Mandatory).
- Experience in people management, team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management and service delivery operations.
- Client-facing stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting/dashboard creation.
- Experience driving process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent).
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in HR Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or HR Operations environments preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 7+ years of HR Operations experience.
- Minimum 1–3 years of team management experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or GBS environments.
- Experience managing teams, Team Leads, or multiple operational work streams is preferred.
