Job Title: PRT English Teacher

Location: Fazilka, Punjab

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong skills can apply)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary English Teacher (PRT) to teach students from Classes I to V. The candidate should have excellent command over English and the ability to create an engaging and interactive classroom environment that supports young learners’ language development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons (reading, writing, grammar, speaking).
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials aligned with the curriculum.
- Encourage students to improve vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, phonics, role-play, and activities.
- Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and classroom activities.




- Maintain student records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Create a positive and disciplined classroom workplace.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in English or related field
- B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. (mandatory or preferred)
- CTET/State TET (preferred)

Skills Required:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong classroom management skills
- Creative and child-friendly teaching approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
