Job Purpose

Payments being a new business for BFL, 'service to customer' will play vital role in obtaining better edge in exisiting business environment. Required Qualifications And Experience

Qualifications?Bachelor’s Degree?Understanding of Payments industry in India b)Work Experience?Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in Customer Service domain working with CRM/IVR/Knowledge Base/Chat Bots, preferably with Payments expertise?Strong time management skills ?Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce), IVR, Knowledge Base, Chat Bots, RPA Bot, or other similar technologies?Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels of the organization.?Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.?Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.?Ability to adapt to changing technologies and trends in the customer service and CRM field.
