Design and development of new products and technologies for retail (commercial)



and industrial refrigeration that meet industry and internal organizational requirements for cost effectiveness, accuracy, functionality, performance, and reliability Should be proficient in System Modeling Techniques for Thermal Systems
Thermodynamic, energy, and economic analysis of proposed components and systems CO2 Refrigeration systems
Work with component vendors and Hillphoenix engineering teams to identify and incorporate design improvements into existing system designs Support New Product Development (NPD) team with the design, testing, and launch of current equipment and platforms, and with idea generations, design, and deployment of productivity projects
Detailed investigation of refrigeration systems, components, and display cases Establish and share best practices within the R&D; group Technology transfer of developed products and technologies to other departments
