About The Role

As a SiteOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents and bugs across TD SYNNEX digital platforms. You'll combine hands-on technical skills with robust incident and stakeholder management, ensuring issues are triaged, investigated, communicated and resolved, with the underlying aim to prevent a re-occurance.

You'll work closely with Engineering, DevOps, Security, QA, and Business teams,



acting as a key operational representative within the Digital Business unit. This role can be based anywhere in Europe or APJ (subject to local hiring entity).

What You'll Do

Lead and manage incidents, ensuring correct triage, prioritization, investigation and resolution within SLAs
Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with architects and developers on technical solutions for bugs
Ensure P1-P4 incidents are tracked, managed, and resolved within agreed SLAs
Identify recurring issues and platform trends to reduce incident volume and improve reliability
Act as change lead for bug fixes and operational improvements
Maintain high-quality incident and backlog management, ensuring accurate reporting and data hygiene
Mentor and support other SiteOps team members
Build strong working relationships with Security, DevOps, QA, Development, UX, Architecture, and Business teams
