About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end delivery of web scraping and data intelligence projects. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between customers, development teams, QA, and management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.

This role requires someone who can effectively manage client expectations, coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve complex project challenges, and maintain solid customer relationships while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build long-term relationships through proactive communication.
Understand customer business objectives and translate them into actionable requirements.
Handle customer concerns, escalations, and sensitive situations professionally.




Manage customer expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and technical feasibility.
Conduct project kickoff meetings, requirement gathering sessions, weekly cadences, and review calls.
Maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) through consistent engagement.
Project Coordination
Own the complete lifecycle of web scraping and data collection projects.
Coordinate with Developers, QA, Delivery Managers, and Sales teams.
Create project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and internal KPIs.
Requirement Analysis
Gather and analyze client requirements in detail.
Prepare Scope of Work (SOW), BRDs, and project documentation.
Evaluate project feasibility with technical teams.
