Retail Experience Manager

We are looking for someone who loves being out in the world. Someone who gets energy from meeting people, building relationships and bringing ideas tolife. Someone who believes that a store can be much more than a place to shop. It can be aplace where pet parents meet, learn, celebrate and feel part of something bigger.

We are looking for a Brand Experience Manager with 5-8 years of experience to lead retailmarketing, local partnerships and community building across our stores.

At its core, this role is about making every store feel alive.

Not just as a retail space, but as a place where communities gather, relationships are built,stories are shared and the HUFT brand comes to life every single day.

What You Will Do

Create and execute events, workshops, adoption days, celebrations and communityexperiences across stores
Build partnerships with malls, RWAs,



pet communities, local businesses, cafes, fitnessgroups and other like-minded organizations
Develop local marketing initiatives that drive awareness, footfalls and engagement
Bring fresh experiences into stores that surprise and delight pet parents
Work closely with store teams to activate ideas quickly and effectively
Identify opportunities beyond the four walls of the store to connect with pet parents wherethey live, work and spend time
Build and nurture a robust community of pet parents who actively engage with the brand
Travel across markets to understand local communities and uncover new opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

5-8 years of experience in retail marketing, experiential marketing, community building,events, partnerships or related roles
A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life
Someone who is proactive, resourceful and comfo
