Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and scheduling product demonstrations for StickyHR’s AI-powered HRMS platform. Daily responsibilities include researching target accounts, assisting in preparing sales presentations and proposals,



updating CRM records, and following up with potential customers under the guidance of senior team members. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to understand client needs, gathering feedback from prospects, and participating in internal training to build product and industry knowledge. This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS sales while contributing directly to revenue growth.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage professionally with prospective clients and internal teams.
Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, pipeline support, and basic CRM usage.
Willingness to participate in Training activities to develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and understanding of HR technology.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengalu
