Role Structure: ~70% Performance Marketing Centre of Excellence | ~30% Performance Marketing for Kraftshala

The short version

What this role is about: This is a build + apply role anchored in Performance Marketing. You will spend the majority of your time (70%) building Kraftshala’s Performance Marketing Centre of Excellence - designing and delivering training on paid acquisition, mentoring students, consulting on real brand problems, and staying ahead of how modern performance marketing is evolving across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms.

The remaining 30% of your time will be spent running and scaling performance marketing for Kraftshala, giving you a live environment to apply ideas, test current campaign structures, experiment with automation and creative strategies, and feed real execution learnings back into training and curriculum design.

Who we’re looking for: Strong hands-on experience in running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads is non-negotiable, along with curiosity, analytical thinking,



and the ability to simplify complex ideas for new audiences.
