About the role:
As an Automation QA Engineer, become a part of our Quality Engineering team
working on high-performance, scalable systems in the financial technology space.
In this role, you will lead test strategy design, build robust API and
functional automation frameworks, and analyze system performance under heavy
load. You will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure
continuous, high-quality delivery across critical financial platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Test Strategy & Analysis:
* Analyze business requirements, system architectures, and user stories to
create end-to-end test strategies, structured test plans,
and detailed test
scenarios
* Conduct thorough defect analysis and root-cause investigations, working
alongside developers to ensure rapid resolution of issues
* Automation & API Testing:
* Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using
Core Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG
* Validate REST and SOAP web services by creating automated API test suites
with RestAssured and performing exploratory testing with Postman or SoapUI
* Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration and version control maintenance
using Git and Maven
* Performance Testing & APM Analysis:
* Design, execute, and analyze performance, load, and stress test scenarios
using Apache JMeter
* Monitor application health, identify system bottlenecks, and analyze
performance logs using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools like
Dynatrace and Splunk
* Agile Execution & Delivery:
