Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning for patients with orthopaedic conditions, including spinal disorders, degenerative joint diseases, trauma, and congenital abnormalities.
- Perform a wide range of surgical interventions, including total joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder), spine surgeries (decompression, fusion, stabilization), and arthroscopic procedures (knee, shoulder, hip).
- Utilize advanced imaging modalities (MRI, CT, X-ray) and diagnostic tools to guide accurate diagnosis and surgical planning.
- Provide pre-operative counseling, informed consent, and post-operative follow-up care to ensure continuity and optimal recovery.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, rehabilitation specialists,



pain management physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment plans.
- Stay current with emerging techniques, technologies, and research in orthopaedics, including robotic-assisted surgery and biologic therapies.
- Maintain detailed, accurate medical records and ensure compliance with institutional, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and medical education programs.
- Mentor junior medical staff, residents, and fellows in clinical and surgical best practices.
