We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to drive the after-sales service business for Industrial Steam Turbines & Generators across West India. The role is responsible for developing and growing service sales opportunities including spare parts, repairs, upgrades, retrofits, overhauling, maintenance contracts, and field services for industrial steam turbine & Generators installations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of steam turbines, an established network within key industrial sectors, and a proven track record in service sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Drive growth of the Industrial Steam Turbine & Generators Service business, including spare parts, repairs, overhauls, retrofits, and maintenance services.
Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to identify and develop recent service opportunities.
Monitor turbine operating cycles and upcoming maintenance schedules to generate service proposals and secure orders in a timely manner.




Develop and execute account plans to maximize customer engagement and revenue growth.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers across West India.
Serve as the primary customer interface for all service-related discussions.
Provide regular support and engagement to understand customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain an updated customer database and sales pipeline within CRM/ Salesforce tool.

Commercial & Contract Management

Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers within committed timelines.
Ensure pricing, delivery commitments, and contractual terms are aligned with internal stakeholders and company guidelines.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with customers.
Maintain a strong understanding of commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of service business opportunities.
