About The Role

We are seeking a Assistant Vice President – Finance & Operations to lead Finance and Operations across our India business. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, operational excellence, governance, and business performance.

The ideal candidate will bring exceptional finance expertise, business acumen, leadership, technology,



and AI capabilities while remaining hands-on in execution. This individual will play a key role in strengthening budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial controls, operational processes, automation, and profitability across NetCom Learning and our startup ecosystem.

Success in this role means building a proactive Finance organization that identifies risks before they arise, recommends practical solutions, drives operational discipline, and supports long-term business growth.
