Role Summary
Build and integrate a secure digital KYC and client-onboarding platform covering the client portal, RM workflows, operations/compliance queues, Zoho CRM integration and third-party KYC services.

Key Responsibilities
● Build responsive client and internal web applications
● Develop backend APIs, workflow services and integrations
● Integrate Zoho CRM, KYC providers, video verification SDKs and document services
● Implement onboarding state, exceptions, approvals, audit trails and notifications
● Deploy and operate services on AWS
● Guide the Full-Stack Engineer and review code/design
● Work closely with product, UX, compliance and vendor teams

Must-Have Skills
● 6+ years in full-stack product development
● Strong React and TypeScript
● Strong Python/FastAPI,



Node.js/NestJS or equivalent backend stack
● REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks and third-party SDK integration
● Zoho CRM API integration, custom modules, workflows or Deluge
● Experience with KYC, digital onboarding, identity verification or regulated workflows
● Video KYC/IPV, camera/video SDK or media-upload integration
● OCR and document-verification API integration
● PostgreSQL and data modelling
● AWS: ECS/Lambda, S3, RDS/Aurora, SQS/EventBridge, CloudWatch, IAM
● Security, RBAC, audit trails, encryption and PII handling
● Automated testing, Git and CI/CD

Preferred
● Banking, NBFC, wealth-management or fintech experience
● CKYC/KRA, DigiLocker, eSign, PAN/Aadhaar verification
● Workflow engines or long-running process orchestration
