? About the role:
We're looking for passionate Counselling Psychologists- freshers and experienced professionals alike- to join the Rocket Health team and help us deliver high-quality, accessible mental health care to patients across India.

Your primary role will be conducting 1:1 counselling sessions, with opportunities to support group sessions, psychoeducation webinars, and wellness workshops, all fully remote, all on your schedule.

You are passionate about increasing access to quality mental health care
You provide outcome-focused, client-centred counselling (CBT, person-centred, solution-focused, mindfulness-based — or a mix)
You have an innate ability to build warm, trusting therapeutic relationships remotely
You are comfortable working in a telemedicine environment

? You're perfect if:
You hold a Master's in Psychology — M.Sc Psychology, M.A Psychology, M.Sc Counselling, or equivalent
You are eligible to practise counselling independently in India
You are empathetic, an intuitive listener, and deeply invested in your clients' well-being
You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
You are open to collaborating with psychiatrists or clinical psychologists managing your clients' care
You are entrepreneurial — freshers with the right mindset are very welcome
