Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Source, identify, and attract high-quality candidates across multiple job platforms.
Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and outbound recruitment calls.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.




Evaluate candidates based on skills, culture fit, attitude, and growth potential.
Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Improve employer branding and candidate experience.

HR Operations

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance management, leave tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Assist leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.

Payroll & HR Systems

Manage payroll processing and employee compensation records.
Work with HRMS, ATS, payroll software, and employee management systems.
Generate HR reports and maintain data accuracy.
Improve HR workflows through automation and technology.
