Key Responsibilities

VoIP Infrastructure Management

Manage, maintain, and optimize FreeSWITCH-based communication systems.
Configure SIP trunks, gateways, dial plans, and routing logic.
Monitor platform performance, call quality, latency,



and uptime.
Troubleshoot complex VoIP, SIP, RTP, and network-related issues.
Implement redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery strategies.
Ensure high availability and scalability of telecom infrastructure.

Telecom Operations

Manage carrier relationships and routing providers.
Optimize Least Cost Routing (LCR) and call delivery performance.
Monitor call completion rates, ASR, ACD, PDD, and quality metrics.
Analyze telecom traffic patterns and identify optimization opportunities.
Negotiate and evaluate carrier performance and pricing.

System Automation & AI

Automate operational tasks and monitoring workflows.
Use AI tools to improve troubleshooting, reporting, and infrastructure management.
Develop intelligent monitoring and alerting systems.
Continuously improve operational efficiency through automation.

Security & Compliance

Implement VoIP security best practices.
Protect systems
