We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Software Testers who are passionate about software quality and eager to build a career in both Manual and Automation Testing.
Roles & Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and functional specifications.
Design, prepare and execute manual test cases and test scenarios.
Identify, document, track and verify software defects.
Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and product teams to resolve issues.
Participate in requirement analysis and test planning activities.
Learn and contribute to automation testing using industry-standard tools.
Execute automation scripts and analyze test results.
Maintain test documentation, defect reports, and test execution reports.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
Required Skills
Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.
Basic understanding of Automation Testing concepts.
Familiarity with Bug Tracking and Test Management tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.
Understanding of REST APIs is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Eligibility
