As a Senior HR Manager and Business Partner, you will play a dual role in driving both human capital and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for aligning people strategy with business objectives, optimizing workforce efficiency, and ensuring

operational smoothness across divisions. Your focus will include enhancing employee performance, strengthening

organizational culture and ensuring HR and operational systems work in harmony to achieve sustainable growth.

Strategic HR & Business Alignment

Partner with business leaders to translate organizational goals into actionable HR and operational strategies.
Develop people strategies that directly contribute to productivity, efficiency, and profitability targets.
Drive workforce and succession planning to ensure the right talent is in place to support future business growth.
Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the leadership team, providing insights on workforce trends and business

Performance Management





Oversee a robust performance management system that links individual performance to business KPIs.I
Introduce productivity metrics and operational performance indicators across departments.
Lead quarterly and annual performance calibration processes to ensure fairness and transparency.
Partner with leadership to reward high performance and address underperformance effectively.

Learning, Development & Capability Building

Design and implement competency-based learning programs to bridge skill gaps and prepare employees for leadership roles.
