As a full-time Store Manager, you are passionate about serving your community by providing the best shoe store experience for the whole family. You do this by challenging yourself and leading your store team to meet and exceed Talent, Culture, and Operational responsibilities of your role. You are a people leader, taking pride in your leadership and ability to motivate a team to achieve sales targets and growth goals. Through personal demonstration, training, and development, you create an in-store culture where customers say, “I’ll take it” and are loyal to your store, our brands, and our company. You are enthusiastic about the product and presentation of your store, staying up to date on trends, and educate your team to do the same. Most importantly, you LOVE shoes, and regardless of your style, you help every person who enters your store experience a little bit of that Famous Feeling.

Inspire The Customer Connection: You’ll inspire the team with integrity and drive, fostering a culture centered on customer relationships, operational excellence,

Lead Talent Discovery: You’ll be enthusiastic and proactive about seeking out and networking with exceptional external talent, knowing that each hire has the potential to elevate the store’s sales growth. No empire is built overnight, so you’ll invest time, effort, and resources in developing strong succession plans for leadership roles within the store.
