Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Salesperson will identify and develop recent client leads, conduct property showings, and guide clients through the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets, preparing and presenting property listings, and negotiating terms that align with client needs. The role also involves providing consistent customer service,



managing documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client relationship building and client satisfaction.
Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one, with knowledge of real estate regulations and practices.
Understanding of real property concepts and local real estate market trends.
Proven sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel locally for property visits and client meetings.
Basic proficiency in digital tools and CRM software for managing leads and sales records.
Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
