Position: ServiceNow Architect

What You’ll Do
Lead and implement end-to-end ServiceNow modules including: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB, Now Assist
Configuration, Asset, Change, Incident, Release & Knowledge Management
Design and script Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Pages, and Scheduled Jobs using JavaScript.
Develop and maintain Service Catalog Items and associated workflows.
Work on both client-side and server-side JavaScript, using ServiceNow APIs for system enhancements.
Build and enhance Service Portal components using AngularJS.
Configure and support CMDB, Asset Management, and Discovery Modules.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, AJAX, MID Server.
Create and customize complex workflows and custom activities for process automation.
Develop data pipelines including Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps, and Transform Scripts ensuring data integrity.
Analyze business requirements, define solutions,



and support development and deployment.
Stay updated on current platform capabilities and recommend customer-focused enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and development.
Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CMDB, Now Assist, and custom application development.
Proficiency in JavaScript scripting within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Strong integration experience using Web Services (REST/SOAP) and MID Server.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Experience with ATF, upgrade planning, and agile methodologies.
Excellent client-facing communication and requirement-gathering skills.

Certifications (Mandatory)
ServiceNow CSA – Certified System Administrator
CAD – Certified Application Developer
CSI – Certified Implementation Specialist (Any one specialization)
