About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead – Presales to partner with our Sales organization in driving strategic customer engagements and accelerating revenue growth.

This is a highly customer-facing role requiring strong business acumen, solution consulting expertise, and the ability to translate complex customer requirements into scalable SaaS solutions. You'll own the technical sales cycle for enterprise opportunities, influence solution strategy, and work closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to deliver business value.

The ideal candidate has a strong SaaS presales background, excels at engaging CXOs and business stakeholders, and thrives in a quick-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions to understand customer business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements.
Own the solutioning process for enterprise and mid-market opportunities, mapping LeadSquared capabilities to customer use cases.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, executive presentations, workshops,



and solution walkthroughs tailored to different stakeholders.
Design scalable solution architectures, workflows, integrations, and implementation approaches aligned with customer requirements.
Create high-quality solution proposals, technical documentation, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial support documents.
Build proof-of-concepts (POCs), customized demos, and integration approaches that strengthen the sales process and improve win rates.
Partner closely with Sales throughout the deal lifecycle, from qualification to negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful customer outcomes.
Stay current on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to strengthen positioning and solution strategy.
