About the Role

Blue Spire is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer – .NET to join our engineering team supporting a leading SaaS platform in the restaurant technology domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications using Microsoft technologies and experience working with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
This role offers an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the design and development of modern software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.
Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
Develop unit tests and ensure high code quality using frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit.




Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and code reviews.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Continuously improve application reliability, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills

9+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core/ASP.NET.
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Experience building distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Robust knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.
Experience with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest.
