The Team
A&M;’s Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) has an exciting entrepreneurial opportunity to join a budding global capability center team in India and work with the teams across Americas, EMEA and APAC. A&M; TAG is seeking an associate to bring their energy, passion, and expertise to help our clients get the answers they need to get the deal done. We provide private equity and corporate clients buy side and sell side financial accounting due diligence.
TAG professionals actively engage in assessing a target’s quality of earning, analyzing cash flows, reviewing working capital, identifying key business drivers, reviewing forecasts, and conducting comprehensive discussions with management and their advisors
How You Will Contribute
As a member of the team, you will:
Lead engagements providing post-merger accounting advisory services related to financial reporting, technical accounting issues, and other regulatory frameworks.
Support clients with the preparation and review of their financial statements and disclosures as per U.S. GAAP or IFRS.
Assist clients with accounting considerations during mergers and acquisitions. Hands-on experience of ASC- 805/IFRS 3 projects including preparation of opening balance sheet, purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment testing, and post-transaction integration.
