Role Summary
The D365 F&O; Supply Chain Functional Consultant will support SCM processes in D365 F&O;, including Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse and related operational areas. The role will focus on functional issue resolution, configuration support, ticket handling, user support and continuous stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 functional support for D365 F&O; Supply Chain processes.
Support Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management.
Analyze and resolve support tickets raised by business users.
Configure standard D365 SCM functionality as required for support fixes.
Support fit-gap analysis for minor enhancements or change requests.
Prepare/update FDDs, test cases, process notes and support documentation.
Provide user guidance, demos and training support.
Collaborate with Finance, Technical/Developer and Infra teams for cross-functional issues.
Support integration-related functional validation where SCM interfaces are involved.
Required Skills
5+ years of D365 F&O; SCM functional experience.
Robust knowledge of Procurement, Inventory and Warehouse Management.
Experience in support ticket resolution and post–go-live support.
Functional configuration and testing experience.
Knowledge of Advanced Warehouse Management, TMS, O2C/P2P or Production is preferred.
Experience working with technical teams on customizations/integrations.
