Basic Purpose:

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Anaplan Model Builder to support the Finance team. In this high-visibility role with robust growth potential, the Senior Anaplan Model Builder will partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and play a critical role in the development, execution,



and continuous improvement of Broadridge’s FP&A; Connected Planning application. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping build and scale Broadridge’s growing Anaplan team.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and enhancement of complex Anaplan models across multiple business functions.
Own end-to-end solution architecture, including data flows, calculations, security, and reporting.
Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable Anaplan solutions.
Drive model optimization, performance tuning, and adherence to Anaplan best practices.
Lead requirements workshops, design discussions, and solution walkthroughs with business and technical stakeholders.
Review deliverables from other model builders to ensure quality, consistency, and design integrity.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
