About The Role

We are looking for a high-impact Growth Operations & Strategy Lead to drive the engine behind our Partner-led growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics, ensuring our alliances (Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, Google, AWS) translate into measurable pipeline, funding, and revenue outcomes.

You will build scalable systems, bring rigor to pipeline governance, and ensure seamless execution across partner programs and funding mechanisms. This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior leadership to shape and accelerate growth.

What You’ll Do

Partner Strategy & Execution

Drive execution across strategic alliances (Microsoft, DBX, Snowflake, GCP, AWS)
Operationalize partner programs, specializations, and GTM priorities
Act as the central point of coordination across alliances, sales, and leadership
Competitive analysis & reporting

Funding & Revenue Acceleration





Own end-to-end realization of partner funding programs (ECIF, DCIF, PSF/DAF, MAP, etc.)
Maximize pipeline-to-funding conversion and remove execution bottlenecks
Partner with sales to unlock funding-backed deal growth

Pipeline Governance & Operations

Establish robust pipeline hygiene across SFDC and internal tracking
Standardize deal registration, use case alignment, and activation tracking
Drive operating discipline across teams to improve conversion and visibility

Performance Management & Insights

Own cadence for weekly growth calls, monthly reviews, and QBRs
Build dashboards, trackers, and leadership scorecards
Provide actionable insights on growth levers, gaps, and execution priorities

Enablement & Scale

Develop playbooks, training programs, and onboarding frameworks
Drive adoption of partner programs and internal processes
Create scalable systems to support growth at scale
