Your impact:
As a Financial Controller, you will lead core accounting operations and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance (IFRS), and strong internal controls. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights, drive process improvements, and support strategic decision-making,
while also leading and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead accounting strategy aligned with business and regulatory requirements
- Manage financial close and ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Oversee financial statements in compliance with IFRS
- Strengthen and monitor internal controls
- Deliver financial analysis and insights to leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business goals
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
- Support audits and drive process improvements
- Lead and develop accounting team members

- This role will be based from our office in Bangalore, 3 days a week.
- As this role will be supporting North America, working hours will need to be adjusted (e.g. starting from mid-day IST)
