Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, increase brand awareness, and generate leads for our training and certification programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation, social media management, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, banners, and stories.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Plan and manage content calendars and posting schedules.
Promote courses, webinars, workshops, and events through social media campaigns.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content creation and campaigns.




Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Run paid social media campaigns to generate quality leads and improve conversions.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing concepts.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.
Knowledge of lead generation and student engagement strategies.
