Role Overview
We're looking for a
Channel
Partnership Manager
to build, manage, and grow Zuper's ecosystem of technology, solution, and reseller partners. In this role, you'll own partner relationships from recruitment and onboarding through enablement and growth, ensuring partners are engaged, equipped, and driving measurable business outcomes.
You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to develop joint go-to-market strategies, launch integrations, and accelerate partner-led revenue.
What You'll Do
Build and grow strategic partnerships
- Own partner relationships across the entire lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to growth and expansion.
- Develop joint business plans, execute quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and identify opportunities to strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Build trusted relationships with executive, business, and technical stakeholders across partner organizations.
- Identify and recruit new technology, solution,
and reseller partners aligned with Zuper's growth strategy.
Drive partner enablement
- Lead partner onboarding, enablement, and certification programs to ensure partner success.
- Equip partners with the knowledge, training, and resources required to position and sell Zuper's AI-powered field service management platform effectively.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver technical enablement and integration support.
- Create and maintain partner documentation, playbooks, sales assets, and enablement materials.
Execute partner go-to-market initiatives
- Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, webinars, product launches, events, marketplace listings, and customer success stories.
- Partner with Sales to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
- Support co-selling initiatives and help partners identify current customer opportunities.
