THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our US Talent on Demand team in Bangalore. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment of IT and technology professionals for US-based clients across MSP and VMS-managed programs. You will work closely with Client Services Managers and Recruitment Managers to deliver talent solutions that are rapid, precise, and aligned to client expectations — making a direct impact on fill ratios, revenue, and client satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sourcing & Pipeline Management
Source qualified technical candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder), ATS databases (JobDiva), Boolean search, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates across technology disciplines (software development, data engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, QA, and more).
Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through networking, referrals, and market mapping.

Screening & Assessment




Conduct thorough technical and behavioural phone/video screens to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, availability, and work authorisation.
Evaluate candidate profiles against role requirements and client-specific expectations — ensuring submission quality over volume.
Conduct detailed interview preparation sessions with shortlisted candidates before client or hiring manager interviews to maximise offer rates.

Submission & Delivery
Prepare and submit well-formatted candidate profiles to Client Services Managers and directly to client VMS portals within SLA timelines.
Track all open requisitions, submission statuses, interview schedules, offer outcomes, and onboarding milestones in JobDiva with accurate tagging.
Achieve and consistently maintain fill ratio (FR), submission quality, and time-to-submit targets set by the Recruitment Manager.
