Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and creative Instructional Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our Noida team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging, learner-centric training and wants to work on global client projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging, learner-focused training experiences
Develop interactive and impactful eLearning content
Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts
Create storyboards, scripts, and instructional content
Develop courses using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
Ensure learning solutions meet quality and instructional design standards
Work on real client projects across global industries
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience in Instructional Design or eLearning development
Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise
Strong understanding of instructional design principles
Good communication and content writing skills
Attention to detail and creativity
