Assess students’ learning needs and abilities

Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit different disabilities
Teach basic academic, social, and life skills
Manage classroom behavior and provide emotional support
Collaborate with parents, therapists, and school staff
Track student progress and maintain reports
Use assistive technologies and inclusive teaching strategies
Requirements
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and adaptability
Knowledge of different disabilities (Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, etc.)
Basic teaching or internship experience (preferred)
