Role Description The Co-Founder, Finance and Strategy role is an on-site position based in Begusarai, focused on shaping PapakPopz’s financial health and long-term strategic direction. Responsibilities include building and managing financial models, budgeting,



cash flow planning, and unit economics for domestic and export operations. The role involves developing go-to-market and pricing strategies, evaluating distribution and partnership opportunities, and supporting sales and marketing decisions with data-driven insights. The Co-Founder will work closely with the founding team to refine business plans, prepare investor and stakeholder materials, oversee compliance with relevant financial and regulatory requirements, and optimize capital allocation. This position also includes regular market and competitor analysis, coordination with production and supply chain teams, and active participation in high-level decision-making and business development.
