Work closely with account managers, delivery managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
Source senior and niche IT talent using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
Screen candidates for technical skills, domain experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and manage interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
