About The Role

We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as an AR Caller. In this dynamic role, you will primarily drive our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) by following up on denied claims, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring timely collections with US insurance companies. Additionally, you will leverage your communication skills to support business development efforts, build strong client relationships, and identify lead generation opportunities for our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims
Analyze claim denials and rejections, preparing necessary appeals, corrected claims, and documentation
Meet daily and monthly targets for AR follow-up, collections, and account resolutions
Identify and generate new business leads through client interactions, networking, and cross-selling healthcare services
Pitch our comprehensive healthcare services (Medical Billing, Coding, etc.) to prospective US clients when opportunities arise




Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection efforts, client communications, and lead generation activities
Collaborate cross-functionally with coding, billing, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications

3-5 years of proven experience in US Medical Billing and AR calling
Strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) process and medical billing guidelines
Familiarity with various insurance portals, EHR/Practice Management software, and basic CRM tools is a plus
Ability to analyze denial reasons, take appropriate corrective actions, and resolve outstanding balances
Self-motivated with a drive for results in both collections and healthcare-service sales/lead generation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Robust interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key decision
