QA Engineer
with 4-8 years of experience in testing
desktop applications
. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software quality assurance methodologies, test planning, defect management, and end-to-end testing of desktop-based software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality desktop applications that provide an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases,



and test scenarios for desktop applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and exploratory testing to ensure product quality.
- Validate application functionality, usability, stability, and performance across supported desktop environments.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using bug tracking tools while collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
- Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide quality-focused feedback early in the development lifecycle.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before software releases.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
