About the Role
We are looking for experienced Team Leaders and Assistant Managers with a strong background in US Healthcare Non-Voice Operations . The ideal candidate should possess excellent team management skills, a deep understanding of healthcare processes, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring adherence to client and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of associates handling US Healthcare non-voice processes.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, attendance, and SLA performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback discussions.
- Analyze operational reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines, HIPAA standards, and organizational policies.




- Manage escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
- Prepare and present performance dashboards and operational reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the BPO industry with exposure to US Healthcare Non-Voice processes .
- Prior experience in a Team Leader or Assistant Manager role .
- Robust knowledge of healthcare operations such as Claims, Billing, Prior Authorization, Provider Services, or related functions.
- Proven experience in team handling, people management, and performance management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Graduation in any discipline.
