Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Module Lead - AI to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-driven business solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python-based AI development, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and modern AI architectures.
The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to conceptualize, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production. Candidates must have hands-on experience in AI solution development and a strong technical foundation in Python.

Experience Required: 8 to 12 Years Overall Experience
AI Experience: Minimum 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to conceptualize, design, and implement AI-driven business solutions.
Develop rapid Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and feasibility studies for AI use cases.
Support the creation of technical solution documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation artifacts.
Build, enhance, and productionize AI solutions while mentoring team members throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability of AI applications.
Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and recommend cutting-edge approaches.
