Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong people management and communication skills. This role will not only oversee overall HR operations for the office but also support administrative functions and full-cycle recruitment for local positions. Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR Management, Behavioral Science, or related field (Master’s degree or SHRM certification is a plus).
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in SMBs within the tech or IT industry.
