Educational Qualification:
- B.Com or CA Inter (dropout candidates are welcome to apply).

Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of prior experience in hotels' internal audit or night audit functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations:
- Oversee and support front desk activities to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
- Financial Transactions:
- Verify, reconcile, and record all financial transactions accurately.
- Room Revenue Management:
- Audit and validate room revenue and occupancy reports.
- Guest Ledger Oversight:
- Monitor and reconcile guest ledger accounts.
- POS Transactions:
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of all Point of Sale (POS) transactions.
- Nightly Reporting:
- Prepare,



verify, and circulate nightly operational and financial reports.
- Security Checks:
- Conduct regular security audits to ensure guest and property safety.
- Guest Services:
- Provide exemplary customer service to guests during the night shift.

- Robust communication skills for interacting with team members and guests.
- Commitment to training and continuous improvement .
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and hotel management software.
