Main Focus Areas are:
Which Checklists are usedEOD Checks Transactional Checklists
Do these Checklists reflect the process and are they set up in an understandable way
Which KODs are in place and are these followed
Which High Risk Media Processes are in place
Which exceptional handling processes are in place and how are these documented
How is the evidence of controls documented
Hand-shake process with other teams
Documentation of the results of the above-mentioned reviews
Establishment of a Key Operating Document Framework for Trade Finance Operations
Process Review and subsequent Documentation
Which Checklists are usedEOD Checks Transactional Checklists
Do these Checklists reflect the process and are they set up in an understandable way
Which High Risk Media Processes are in place and are the controls designed in line with the policy / requirements




Which exceptional handling processes are in place and how are these documented
How is the evidence of controls documented
Hand-shake process with other teams
Support of the Definition of the Transaction Monitoring QA for Lending Ops
Coordination of the above-mentioned activities
Regular reporting on the current status of the initiatives
Regular reporting on the current status of the identified operational risks, the planned mitigation of these and the risk exposure to the group
Skills and experience
Knowledge of Lending and Trade Finance Products and Operations
Excellent analytical skills
Experience in the review of processes
Experiences within project management preferable
Understanding of Organizational Behavior Problem Solving
Experience in internal audit or
