Role Description
We are seeking a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Specialist for a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, Haryana, with heavy remote work. The PDI Specialist will oversee and manage the pre-delivery inspection process of vehicles, focusing on quality control, inventory management,



and coordination with OEM-authorised dealers and logistics teams. Daily responsibilities include inspecting vehicles for compliance with quality standards, identifying and addressing deficiencies, documenting findings in reports, and maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with dealer networks and customers to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction is also a key aspect of the role.

Strongly Preferred:
Prior experience at used-car platforms (Spinny, Cars24, OLX Auto, Droom) — these candidates understand inspection-driven trust models
Experience with PDI checklists or auto inspection workflows
ITI Automobile or Diploma in Automobile Engineering
Comfort with car damage classification (panel-level, paint-level, structural)
