Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, Education, Learning & Development, Training, or a related field.
Certification in Voice & Accent Training, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or other recognized communication and language training programs is preferred.
5 to 8 years of experience in Voice & Accent Training, Communication Skills Training, Learning & Development, or related training functions.
Experience working in BPOs, IT Services, Shared Services, Customer Support environments, Contact Centers, or multinational organizations.




Proven track record of delivering training programs to diverse learner groups across varying proficiency levels.
Hands-on experience in conducting training needs analyses, communication assessments, coaching sessions, and performance improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of global communication standards, with expertise in training and coaching on US, UK, Australian, and other international accents.
Solid expertise in English phonetics, pronunciation, articulation, speech clarity, stress patterns, rhythm, and intonation.
Ability to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs aligned with business objectives.
