Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on technical leader with strong experience in building B2B SaaS products and AI-enabled platforms.
This is not a pure management role. The ideal candidate should be capable of:
Designing scalable architectures
Writing production-grade code
Leading engineering teams




Converting business requirements into product roadmaps
Building AI-first enterprise solutions
You will work closely with founders, clients, product stakeholders, and the engineering team to build next-generation AI products and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Engineering Leadership
Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle
Define scalable system architecture and engineering standards
Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
Drive rapid MVP development and iterative product releases
Build reusable product frameworks and accelerators
Hands-On Technical Ownership
Contribute directly to backend/frontend development when needed
Review code, architecture, APIs, and deployment pipelines
Design scalable multi-tenant SaaS systems
Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and performance
AI & Data Solutions
Build and scale AI-powered applications using LLMs and RAG architectures
