Duties and responsibilities;

Procurement; Domestics and Overseas.

Manage the purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely purchase order creation, issuance, and tracking.
Resolve supplier related issue, including disputes, quality concerns, delivery delays, and payment discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including finance, operations, sales, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the procurement process.

Logistics,

Oversee and coordinate all shipping, receiving, and distribution operations.
Work closely with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Develop and implement process for improving efficiency, customer service, and cost savings.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, and adjust ordering and storage accordingly.
Track order fulfillment, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Administrative,

Collect all document to send to third party and head quarters
Coordinate with outsource accounting company.




Maintain a secure and secure work environment.
Employee recruitment, including interviews and hiring.

Requirements;

In-depth knowledge of procurement , supply chain processes, procedures, and best practices.
Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and distribution processes and procedures
Familiarity with sourcing and procurement tools and technologies.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and necessary software.
Strong understanding of financial principles and budget management.
Excellent organizational , problem solving abilities, and time management skills.
Robust problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
