The GreyMatter platform provides vendor-agnostic fulfillment orchestration to continuously optimize performance in real time: the right order, with the right bot and agent, taking the right path and action.

Role Overview





We are looking for a Principal TPM to drive our most complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from core orchestration engine capabilities to large-scale customer go-lives spanning software, robotics integration, and operations. You'll operate at the intersection of engineering, AI/ML systems, product, robotics integration, warehouse operations and business strategy; translating ambiguous, high-stakes problems into transparent execution plans, and holding teams accountable to outcomes rather than just outputs. This is a senior IC role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, has deep technical fluency, and can influence at every level of the organization without relying on formal authority.
