Role Overview:

A business analyst plays a crucial role in shaping a product by clarifying its primary purposes, setting benchmarks like customer acquisition strategy and value proposition, and establishing basic KPIs.



They evaluate implementation methods that best serve stakeholders and developers. Once business requirements are defined, they guide development planning by organizing workshops to allocate responsibilities. The BA also validates requirements to ensure development aligns with business goals and standardizes the workflow by gathering stakeholder feedback to facilitate continuous improvements.
