ServiceNow Solution Architect (FSM, ITSM & CMDB)

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep expertise in Field Service Management (FSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), CMDB, and enterprise integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing scalable and future-ready ServiceNow solutions, leading customer workshops, translating business requirements into technical architecture, and driving platform modernization initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and customers to ensure successful implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

What will your role look like?
Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across FSM, ITSM, and CMDB modules.
Lead discovery sessions and customer workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solution designs.
Develop solution blueprints, architecture documents, and implementation roadmaps.
Create intuitive user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder and Service Portal, including wireframes and mockups.




Design and oversee integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other integration platforms.
Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and architectural standards.
Lead ServiceNow platform upgrades, instance health assessments, performance optimization, and modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor development teams and provide guidance on solution design, governance, and implementation best practices.
